Used for clearing rubble and soil from post holes, this insulated double shovel holer conforms to British Standards for working with live wire has a strong blade and shaft.A scissor action post holer used for clearing rubble and soil from post holes with a pointed tip for greater penetration. Carbon steel dished blade for extra strength and a strong polyfibre shaft with excellent insulating and shock absorbing properties. Individually tested to BS 8020:2011 tools for live working.
