This single cask release was brought to life by the Pocketful of Stones distillery team in partnership with Black Flag Brewery based in Perranporth, Cornwall. The brewery first created a stunning English pale ale using 100% pale malt and Nottingham yeast. This beer was triple distilled for extra smoothness. The resulting spirit was then aged in a bourbon cask in the shadow of St Michael's Mount. The result is a truly stunning, smooth and flavourful Cornish Whisky.. This a unique single cask, single malt release was distilled on a single day with fewer than 300 bottles produced! This has not been chill filtered before bottling.
