Tommasi have prime sites in some of Valpolicella's best hillside vineyards. It's on these that they produce dazzling and award-winning Amarone. Their signature style is elegance over power. They've come up trumps again with the Il Sestante. Expect a full-bodied palate, smooth tannins and intense aromas of ripe cherries and plums. Decant for at least an hour and serve at room temperature with hard cheeses.
