Despite the long history they’re also focused on the future, using organic and vegan practices in their winemaking and committing to carbon neutrality across the business by 2050. The Y Series features iconic varietals from South Australia’s wine regions, wild-fermented to let natural character shine. This Shiraz is a riot of wild blackberries, spice, chocolate-coated cherries and black forest cake aromas. Flavours of berries and Christmas cake are underlined by soft, juicy tannins. A great match for tacos, burritos and nachos.
