The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Single Malt Whisky

For over 150 years The Dalmore has carried a stag on its label, a sign of the distillery’s royal legacy. Under the watchful eye of Master Whisky Maker, Gregg Glass, this bottling was initially matured in American ex-bourbon oak casks, then finished in barrels that once held a unique blend of aged Oloroso and rich Pedro Ximénez sherries for a total of 12 years. Sweet fruit and decadent spice character pours from the glass, with aromas of caramelised orange, ginger, sultanas and honey. Flavours include dark chocolate, crushed almonds and cinnamon, finishing with hints of sweet mango, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
