Like the powerful horse for which they are named, California’s Whiplash wines are commanding and elegant. They celebrate the unbridled spirit of this horse and pay homage to the invaluable horses that settled the once untamed American West. They’re crafted with the help of Linda Trotta, maker of the Bread & Butter collection. Given that these are amongst our most popular wines, the stage is set for Whiplash Chardonnay or Pinot Noir to become your next favourite go-to bottle. To make this, grapes are carefully selected from the Central Valley, where vines benefit from warm days and cool nights, offering perfect conditions for optimum ripeness, while preserving enough acidity for a perfectly balanced blend. Discover flavours of red fruits, plum and black cherry, plus notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Its juicy character make it ideal for a variety of dishes including barbecued meats or grilled halloumi.
