Known for their meticulous vineyard practices, they produce some of the region's finest sweet wines from their prized Coteaux du Layon vineyards. The unique microclimate, combined with schist soils, encourages botrytis (noble rot), creating wines with both intense sweetness and natural acidity. How does it taste: Expect layers of honeyed apricot, quince, and candied citrus peel, balanced by refreshing acidity. A perfect match for Roquefort or fruit-based desserts like tarte tatin.
