Founded in the Barossa Valley, grapes are now carefully sourced from particularly ripe parcels of fruit across South Australia and matured in oak. A rich, honeyed, vanilla-flavoured Chardonnay, showing smooth, tropical fruit flavours on the creamy palate. Try it with Chinese-style fish dishes or more traditional roast chicken.
