Our Parcel Series wines are Majestic's best kept secret. We can’t tell you who makes them, but we can tell you that world-renowned wineries are behind these exceptional wines. This English sparkling is produced in the rolling hills of Southern England, by a winery with a passion for ‘traditional method’ production – where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the same rules as Champagne. The winery is dedicated to showcasing the best of English terroir, with vineyards planted on the region’s iconic chalky soils, akin to those found in our neighbouring French sparkling regions. These soils, combined with a cool climate, create the perfect conditions for cultivating Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, allowing the grapes to retain crisp acidity and develop delicate flavours. Expect fine bubbles, with aromas of green apple, citrus, and brioche. Ideal for celebrations or paired with smoked salmon and fresh oysters.
