Description
Indomita, established in 2001, is a modern Chilean winery with vineyards spread across the Casablanca, Maipo, and Biobío Valleys. The Biobío Valley, where this wine is crafted, enjoys a temperate Mediterranean climate. The cooling influence of the Andes and the nearby ocean, combined with diverse volcanic soils, creates ideal conditions for Viognier to thrive. The mixture of clay, sand and volcanic ash in the soil enhances the vine’s ability to produce grapes with bright acidity and rich flavours. Initials Gran Reserva has delicate citrus and floral notes, characteristic of the Viognier grape. Perfectly suited for grilled fish, light meats or pasta with lightly spiced sauces, the wine’s crispness complements a variety of lighter dishes.
