Description
Brothers Nicolas and David Rossignol have run their domaine, created by the marriage of their parents, since 1990. The pair began working biodynamically in 1997 and the whole domaine was converted by 2004. Grapes for this bottling come from a high section of the Teurons plot, a spot which Nicholas believes was an old quarry. The stony topsoil here retains and reflects heat, meaning itâs always early to harvest. In your glass, the wine is aromatic with notes of rose petal and red fruits. Try its juicy-berry flavours with poultry dishes or ham hock terrine.
