Passed down through generations, Maxime Dutron now oversees the vineyards, continuing the family’s legacy while embracing sustainable farming. Every vine is carefully tended, with the estate’s oldest reaching an impressive 70 years. The name “Pouilly-Fuissé” reflects the unique terroir, with vineyards nestled on limestone-rich slopes that enhance the wine’s character. This elegant and complex wine displays notes of toasted almonds, white fruit, brioche and honey. Ripe fruit flavours are perfectly balanced with a fresh minerality and a long finish. Delicious paired with fish, white meat and grilled vegetables.
