Description
This Grignolino, a lesser-known gem from Piedmont, is crafted from a local grape whose name drives from the Piedmontese word “grignole”, meaning seeds. The grape's high seed content can introduce bitterness, but Araldica's careful, gentle pressing ensures a wine that is vibrant and fresh. Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, this wine is crisp, aromatic, and brimming with bright acidity. Fine lees ageing adds complexity.
