Description

This elegant Pinot Bianco is crafted from grapes cultivated at altitudes between 450-650m above sea level. It's a blend of two distinct fermentations: 50% in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness, and 50% in large Slavonian oak barrels, which adds depth and complexity. With seven months ageing on fine lees, the result is a delicate yet full-bodied wine with its balanced structure making it capable of ageing gracefully for up to 10 years.
