Forge de Laguiole's modern Sommelier is a luxurious interpretation of the classic French design. Individually hand crafted by a single artisan, the handle is carved into the iconic Laguiole sinuous from vivid, intensely dark snakewood. The ergonomic curve provides leverage to dig the screw into a cork, with the five-turn groove spiral assuring fast removal. The handle houses a short blade for removing foil from the bottle.
