Founded in 1947, winery Fratelli Martini have always respected tradition while simultaneously pressing for continuous innovation. Their Sicilian white wines show off their leadership in organic viticulture and winemaking, with sustainably grown grapes stretching over varied volcanic terrain and up to soaring elevations. To preserve freshness, the fruit for this bottling was hand-harvested during the coolest hours of the day, then softly pressed and bottled unaged. Notes of citrus, pear and peach make it pair well with light pasta dishes and risottos.
