Only the best hand-harvested grapes make the cut, then the Champagne is aged in oak barrels 30 feet underground to give it plenty of complexity. It's rich and toasty, with notes of apricot, fresh bread and pastry. As for that iconic ‘Ace of Spades' bottle?
