In 1728, Clement Chevallier started Aspall Cyder. While everyone around him said he should be growing cereals, Clement planted apple trees. Almost 300 years on, Aspall continue to pioneer a new standard for British fine cyder. As this cyder’s name would suggest, it’s made from only the finest orchards, resulting in a lightly sparkling, dry and perfectly balanced sip. Ideal with charcuterie and mild cheeses.
