So they know the best local vineyards for crafting traditional method sparkling that rivals some of the top French fizz. For the 1503 Brut, they picked Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the beautiful Hush Heath Estate in Kent. The resulting wine shows crisp notes of apple and citrus fruits, pepper and thyme.
