The pole (which has an opening of 28mm) simply screws into the circular foot where it is held firmly in place. The foot measures 60cm across and so provides a good amount of stability.. Made from powder coated steel, the stand has a pleasant ornate swirling pattern in the centre and has 2 fixing bolts in the stand to secure the feeding station in place..
