Cambridge Japanese Gin

Description

Made in Cambridge, Japanese Gin may not live up to its title in the truest sense, but it's certainly inspired by the far flung country. Using shiso, sansho and yuzu flickering up out of the bottle, it is super fresh, with a lovely umami note.
