Hand-harvested grapes undergo fermentation in stainless steel, following by malolactic fermentation and 12 months of ageing in used barriques and stainless steel. The result is a balanced, fresh wine with an elegant structure, showcasing fruity and spicy character. It is drinking well now and will continue to age for another 5-10 years.
