Description
The Michaut family's Premier Cru Chablis is a big hit with Majestic customers. This one is made on a small, steep Premier Cru vineyard called Vau Ligneau. The cooler morning sun here makes for lean, citrusy and mineral Chardonnay. And this certainly doesn't disappoint. It's subtle, fine and long, with aromas of gunflint that are a real treat with smoked salmon.
