Château Montrose’s second wine is made with grapes from the same vineyard as its iconic Grand Vin. And it’s produced with the same rigorous standards. The historic estate first planted vines in 1815 in vineyards that stretch along the banks of the Gironde estuary. The river creates a unique microclimate ideal for producing high quality grapes, providing the perfect level of sun exposure and frost protection. Expect complex notes of ripe black fruit and toasty oak with silky tannins. Perfect for roast beef.
