Château Le Peuy Saincrit is located on one of the roads of pilgrimage towards St Jacques de Compostelle on the Right Bank of the Garonne river. Situated on the Coteau de Montalon, the highest point in the appellation, the estate’s south-facing hillside provides the perfect balance of sunlight and protection from any adverse weather. The team use traditional vinification methods coupled with modern stainless steel thermoregulated vats to create wines that have both a sense of place and impeccably high standards of quality. 73% A blend of Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, this has complex and spicy notes of black fruits and liquorice and hints of oak. It’s the ideal wine to pair with roasted meats or mushroom dishes.
