Cotswolds Cream Liqueur is made from unaged single-malt whisky and fresh Irish cream. So as you'd expect, it's wonderfully rich and silky, with hedonistic flavours of vanilla and butterscotch. Chill it briefly in the freezer before serving. And if you're feeling particularly indulgent, serve it over ice cream.
