Alianico is known for its rich character and deep colour. The wine undergoes fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 2-3 weeks, preserving the purity of the grape's expression. It is then matured for a minimum of 6 months in French barriques, followed by additional time in stainless steel tanks. The result is a full-bodied red wine with a firm structure, displaying refined tannins and a balanced finish. The wine has a drinking window of 5-10 years, allowing it to evolve gracefully over time.
