This fantastic set of knives by Jean Dubost features three Pradel blades, the design of which has been in production since 1920.The set includes a 6.5″ santoku knife, ideal for cutting vegetables, a 5.7″ chef knife which has a multitude of uses, and a 3″ paring knife which is extremely versatile and can be used for peeling fruit. Each knife has a sustainably sources oak wood handle, shaped to suit the hand's grip. Held in an open pale wood box the knives have a traditional French kitchen aesthetic.
