He oversees more than a thousand hectares for Viña Morandé, always pushing to improve the quality of the wines and seeking out new terroirs. There’s so much going on in this fabulous Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s full-bodied and concentrated, yet simultaneously fresh and clean – with intense aromas of strawberries, plum, blackberries and cedar. There’s great structure, with both an enticing softness and plenty of tannin to pair with the boldest of dishes. Crack it open with asado-style meats or a rich casserole.
