We can’t tell you who makes it. Grapes for this wine come from three of the best regarded sub-regions in Central Otago: Bannockburn, Pisa and Alexandra Basin. Each area brings its own distinct flair to the blend, from fresh fruit flavours to elegant structure. The finished bottling is a classic Central Otago Pinot Noir with vibrant red-fruit flavours and herbaceous hints, plus fine tannins and a bright acidity. You could happily match this with a range of dishes, from pizza to charred vegetables.
