Description

This wine is crafted from 100% Susumaniello, an ancient and rare grape native to Puglia, that was nearly extinct before its recent revival. The wine is vibrant and engaging, with a deep ruby hue and a silky texture. Susumaniello grapes are harvested in early September and undergo a short fermentation and maceration process, followed by six months in stainless steel to preserve the wine's fresh, fruit-forward character. Expect a lively balance of ripe fruit and refreshing acidity with just a whisper of tannin.
