The Pringle Bay range is a rarity – winemaking expertise at an incredibly affordable price. So much so that David Williams, writing in The Observer in 2022, referred to Pringle Bay wines as being “among the best-value wines” he'd tried that year. Created by legendary winemaking duo, Duncan Savage and Thys Louw (from nearby family estate Diemersdal), this new arrival to Majestic is packed full of blackberry, black pepper and juicy redcurrant fruit. There's a hint of oaky smoke that pairs beautifully with roasted pork or rich, baked aubergine dishes.
