This refreshing 0. 5% ABV white comes from the stunning farmlands of the Western Cape. The cool and temperate West Coast climate lends itself to a variety of different micro-climates which, along with the different soil types, lead to unique grapes which we guide into even more unique wines. Grapes are harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the region, where the vines are not trellised and are planted as bush vines. The vineyards are strategically planted on south-west facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Discover delicious notes of yellow apple, lime, melon and chamomile that make a great pair for light fish dishes, soft and creamy cheeses as well as spicy food.
