This is a crisp and refreshing wine, made primarily from 80% Garganega and 20% Trebbiano di Soave, both indigenous Italian grape varieties. The Garganega grape, historically cultivated in Veneto, adds a delicate floral aroma, while Trebbiano di Soave brings balance and a touch of minerality. The wine undergoes a cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh fruit-forward character. on the nose it offers delicate notes of white flowers and subtle hints of almond, with a well-balanced palate.
