His main focus is on producing complex, high quality wines. Telish winery can be considered as a leader of the new image of Bulgarian wines. Michel Rolland is the exclusive winemaking-consultant for this estate.TASTING NOTESBright, transparent colour with pale straw nuance. Juicy and attractive, the nose is dominated by white fruits – pineapple, and grapefruit. The body is with medium structure, fresh and elegant with fruity finish and white pepper aftertaste.
