Juniper, coriander and angelica root are steeped in a pure wheat spirit for a whole 24 hours. Then, botanicals including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender are added during distillation. Finally the addition of naturally filtered Cotswolds water brings the alcoholic strength down to a bold, but balanced, 46% Alc.. Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals used, this gin causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added. This is normal (and very pretty!).. Cotswolds Garden Cocktail. 50ml Cotswolds Dry Gin. 25ml elderflower liqueur. 12.5ml fresh lime juice. 75ml pressed apple juice. To Make.
