Each release comes from a single cask meaning it is limited to around 300 – 350 bottles and is mashed, distilled, aged and bottled at Henstone Distillery. Henstone Distillery is an English distillery that makes whisky, gin, vodka, apple brandy, and a corn liquor. It was established in Shropshire in 2017. The spirits are made in a 1,000 litre still named Hilda. Henstone is one of a small number of distilleries south of the Scottish border making thteir own wash (the beer that is distilled to produce whisky) on site. We have a philosophy of using only the finest malted barley to produce a distinctive and characteristic new-make spirit.
