After fermentation the resulting liquid is pot distilled to preserve the complex aromas. It is then aged for six months in virgin oak casks, a method that gives the rum a full, rich flavour and a deep golden hue.. Small Batch. 100% Molasses. 6 months ageing in new French Oak casks.
