Description
This well-balanced Champagne puts red grapes at the forefront: it’s 60% Pinot Noir and 35% Pinot Meunier, with only a small splash of Chardonnay. The wine is aged on its lees for at least 15 months after bottling to encourage plenty of complexity in both aromatics and flavour. Fruity and crisp, it’s an ideal aperitif and will also go well with a range of canapés.
