Round Brilliant cut 6mm Manmade gemstone Hardness: 9.5 on the Mohs scale Carats 0.68 Moissanite is a lab-grown silicon carbide stone. More durable than many other popular gemstones including cubic zirconia and with more fire than diamond, they make for a perfect alternative stone at an affordable price point. This round brilliant cut moissanite measures 6mm and is 0.68cts (Diamond Equivalent 0.80cts). Care: As with all gemstones, care must be taken. Moissanite is usually safe to use in an ultrasonic and steam cleaner. Moissanite stones can be safely cast in place, however any time stones are fired, there is a chance there appearance could be altered or they could damage.
