Featuring deliciously smooth and creamy cheese, our Vintage Bruton Beauty is a multi-award-winning cheddar covered in our iconic burgundy wax. The cheddar is made to a traditional 90-year-old recipe and matured for up to 12 months. At that point the very best cheese is selected to be made into one of their legendary truckles. It has a rich depth of flavour with a wonderfully smooth texture. All of the Godminster cheese range is made using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association.
