Solid Smooth Timber To make the Harton Blanket Box we select top quality, unsorted, kiln-dried pine. Each blanket box is cut to size and hand-sanded to a smoother, more contemporary style. While this leaves the wood with a sleeker finish we still leave in plenty of the natural timber characteristics and features. These are the qualities that set our furniture apart from the rest. And due to the nature of solid wood every blanket box will be different. Truly unique. One of a kind. Please note that further movement may occur within the timber, particularly if the item is placed near to a heat source, which may exaggerate these natural features. 5 Wax Finish Colours To finish this contemporary style wooden blanket box we use your choice of one of our supreme wax polishes. The finish is hand applied, and as the wax soaks into the different grains and features, it enhances their look and brings them to life. The available colours are: Walnut Teak Smoke Pine Medium Oak Rustic Pine When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Find out more about the 25-Year Guarantee, here Assembly & Care No Assembly Needed These Harton blanket boxes are fully assembled in our workshop, and sent straight to your door so all you need to do is unpack the blanket box and it's ready to use. Care & Clean Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more. Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place. As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces. If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer. However, we cannot be held responsible for any such incidents, or the use of any products we may suggest. Get in touch with our customer services team for advice.
