Each piece is hand-sanded to a smooth finish, creating a sleeker, contemporary finish to the solid wood, while still leaving plenty of natural wood features. The Sandyford Bedside Table With Drawer is available in a choice of five wax finishes. Please note: Placing your item near a heat source can cause movement within the timber which may exaggerate these natural features. Five Fine Wax Finishes Our Sandyford bedside table with drawer is finished with a supreme wax polish. It's professionally applied, by hand. We choose to work with wax as it enhances the look of the grains and features in the wood, bringing it to life. The choice of colours are: Walnut Teak Smoke Pine Medium Oak Rustic Pine When viewing on screen, colours can look different from one screen to another. This makes it less reliable than seeing the real finished timber before your own eyes. Care & Clean Daily care of your Funky Chunky Furniture piece is really simple. Watch our 30second video to find out more. Your furniture will come with felt protectors, please use these on the bottom of your new furniture to protect your flooring. You will need to make sure that any hard flooring (which includes wood, laminate and vinyl flooring) is completely dry and free from chemical residues before putting your new furniture into place. As this is a natural wood product with a wax finish any applied force, and friction, can cause the wax to transfer onto surfaces. If wax transfer does occur we may be able to recommend products to help remove or reduce the appearance of the transfer.
