Lifton is our village on the edge of Dartmoor, very close to the Devon and Cornwall border and is the home of Devon Hampers. Lifton was a frontier town and a military outpost for the Saxons during their conquests of West Devon and Cornwall and now brings the two counties together, much like our Lifton Hamper. It contains a variety of some of the finest produce from both counties.
