Ideal for use at home, in a hospital or any care environment, with SmartTM Monitor diagnostic and service controls as standard. Robust and strong, the Oxford Midi 180 Mobile Hoist has an impressive user weight of 180kg (27 stone). It has an excellent lifting range to help when lifting from an elevated height, such as treatment couches, or from lower positions without the need to alter the height of the hoist column. Convenient and safe to use This hoist is easy to move to where you need it thanks to its aluminium frame and ergonomically shaped push bar that reduces the risk of injury to the carer as well as providing more control. The manually operated hand control allows the carer to lift and lower the patient gently and smoothly with minimum fuss but maximum safety. The pedal operated leg opening mechanism has a lock function, which lets the legs open for greater accessibility to a chair or wheelchair. It has low profile front castors that will fit under most furniture, while the larger rear castors are fully lockable extra safety and stability during transfer. A detachable battery pack and desktop charger make charging easier. Available in hydraulic or electric versions. The sling is not included and would need to be purchased separately. Please note:Before its first use the hoist must be assembled and commissioned by a ‘competent person’, to establish the assembly was correct and safe.
