Barolo Castelletto Vigna Pressenda 2017 Conterno Fantino

Description

A special Barolo from the Pressenda vineyard, originally planted in 1969, in the Cru of Castelletto and the village of Monteforte d'Alba. The site has a south-eastern aspect, and lies at an elevation of 350-370 metres. Conterno-Fantino's style is rich, savoury and structured, and this is terrific – you can start drinking after a couple of years, however it is also capable of cellaring for decades if desired.
