Terms&Conditions: 1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Commission and Payment

Affiliates will earn a commission for valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links at the rates specified within the AWIN platform. Payments will be made through AWIN, subject to AWIN’s terms and schedules.

4. Promotional Materials and Intellectual Property

We will provide you with approved promotional materials. You may not alter these materials without our prior written consent. You agree to respect our intellectual property rights and to use our branding, trademarks, and materials in accordance with our guidelines.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to cookie stuffing, misleading advertisements, and spamming. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme.

8. Amendment

We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA.
