Terms&Conditions: ▲Items purchased from 1st November can be returned up to 23rd January 2026. This offer excludes electrical items, cutlery sets, dining furniture, made to order furniture, Christmas decorations, and Christmas bedding.
Goods must be returned in new and unused condition, otherwise may not be fully reimbursed. Goods packaged/sealed for health, hygiene, or security reasons (e.g. mattresses) or otherwise to protect them, must be returned unopened with seals, stickers, and tags intact. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned under our policy if assembly is part or fully completed. For full details, please see the “Returning goods to us” section of our T&Cs at www.laredoute.co.uk/terms.aspx. This does not affect your legal rights, including if goods are faulty.
Please remember that if you purchase items on your LR Pay Credit Account, you should always make at least your Minimum Payment even if you’re returning items. You might also be charged interest depending on when items are returned.
