The Copper Rivet Distillery is based in Chatham, Kent is a grain to glass distillery, meaning it undertakes the entire end-to-end process of brewing and distilling.. Somewhat unusually, this Single Malt has been distilled in both pot and column stills using Belgravia barley, giving the resulting whisky an elegance and smoothness but with a robust flavour profile.. The nose offers an initial punch of citrus zest, caraway seed, and honey with rounded maltiness on the palate with butter and dark sugars. A lick of caramel and toasted nuts on the finish. Very tasty indeed.
