Cotswolds Signature Single Malt Whisky with hints of Honey, butterscotch and stoned orchard fruits with a hint of marzipan. Treacle and spiced marmalade. This is the original single malt whisky from the Cotswolds Distillery (and indeed the first single malt whisky to ever be distilled in the Cotswolds!). Produced using barley grown  locally in the Cotswolds, distilled in their substantial copper pot stills, before being aged in a mix of ex-bourbon and red wine casks.. If you’ve never tried an English Whisky, this is as good a place to start as any!. The Cotswolds Distillery was founded in 2013 in Stourton in the heart of the Cotswolds..
